MBSH 812

MBSH-812 is used for drilling wells with a diameter of 800 mm in soils of I-IV categories.
Feed mechanism-chain drive. It provides the flow and removal of the tool.
A special protective bell protects the wellhead from falling asleep during drilling. It is also necessary to clean the hole from the ground after the work is completed when the mast is in the transport position.
Drilling equipment
The protective bell of the drilling equipment prevents filling of the well with raised soil. The machines are equipped with a drilling tool rotator with an axial piston hydraulic motor providing a maximum torque of 16000 Nm.the ratios of torque and rotation speed are ideally proportioned to obtain maximum performance.
Universal drilling tool
The design of drilling machines MBSH-812 is designed in such a way that it provides an opportunity to use a wide range of drilling tools with a maximum diameter of up to 800 mm under different conditions.
Crane equipment
The distinctive advantage of the MBSH-812 from similar drilling machines is the use of replaceable drills, which allows drilling wells in various soils without dismantling the massive screw. This significantly reduces operating costs and reduces the time of work. The use of a telescopic auger allows obtaining a drilling depth of 14 meters with a nominal screw length of 7.5 meters. In addition to the possibility of using a telescopic screw, the design of drilling equipment MBSH-812 allows to form a screw column and to drill wells up to 15 meters deep.
