Description

Drilling with a pneumatic hammer refers to the technologies of impact-rotational drilling and is most widely used in the field of engineering and geological surveys, as well as for drilling wells. With the help of drilling with a pneumatic tool, it is possible to create vertical and directional wells in the ground up to 10 categories of drillability. The main distinguishing feature of the technique is that for the destruction of the rock, a shock and rotational action is used simultaneously, performed respectively by a pneumatic hammer and a rotator of the drilling rig. The main advantages of drilling with a pneumatic hammer are the high speed of creating wells, effective cleaning of sludge, the ability to work on rocky fractured rocks and to abandon the costs of bentonite and the delivery of water for washing.
