Description
The drilling rig is designed for drilling vertical wells. The feeding mechanism consists of a cable polyspast and two hydraulic cylinders. It provides the feeding and removal of the tool. A special protective bell protects the wellhead from backfilling during drilling. It is also necessary to clean the hole from the ground after completion of work when transferring the mast to the transport position. The protective bell of the drilling equipment prevents the filling of the well with raised soil. The ratio of torque and rotation speed have an ideal proportion to obtain maximum performance. The design of the drilling machine is designed in such a way that it makes it possible to use a wide range of drilling tools with a maximum diameter of up to 500 mm for various working conditions.
The drilling rig consists of a frame on which all the main components and assemblies are assembled: the operator's seat, power plant, hood, hydraulic tank, fuel tank, mast, crawler base. Working equipment is located on the mast-a rotator, a winch, a screw cleaner. The maximum drilling depth with augers is up to 15 meters, the maximum drilling diameter is up to 500 mm. Drilling can be carried out by drilling augers with a working length of 1500 mm.
